In celebrating the Centennial Anniversary of the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington, this special Celebrate WASHOKU Series explores contemporary Northwest seafood cooking inspired by Japanese Washoku flavors with chef Christina Siegl of 84 Yesler and dives deeper into traditional Japanese food with Chef Shiro Kashiba and his son, Ed Kashiba, Managing Director of Sushi Kashiba.
