Last night we hosted our Empowering Women in Japan and the US event. Our speakers had a lively and insightful discussion about diversity and inclusion in a corporate setting. Their discussion included personal experiences, as well as, ideas about how to move forward to continue to improve diversity and inclusion, not just for women but for other communities as well.
