The $6000 raised at “ACT for Japan” will fund an all-expense paid “Summer Event” for 8 families (25 people) in Fukushima, Japan. This project will be titled, “ACT for Japan ~ Cheers from Seattle: Summer @ Sun House”

Who:        Families of Fukushima with children who are 9th grade and younger; families affected in nearby nuclear power plants who have not been to “Taiyou No Ie”

Capacity: 25 persons – 8 rooms for 8 families

* If applicants exceed the maximum, the spots will be raffled, and families will be notified by telephone on June 30.
