About the Shared Kitchen

As part of this program, JASSW partnered with the Nisei Veterans Committee (NVC) in 2023 to establish a shared kitchen at the Nisei Veterans Memorial Hall (1212 S King St, Seattle, WA 98144). This facility allows participants to kickstart their food business in a fully equipped environment.

Our shared kitchen meets Washington State health and business requirements. Once you obtain a permit from King County, you can start operating right away.

By joining our shared kitchen, you can exchange adviceshare resources, and co-host events with other members, expanding your professional network and business opportunities.

Reduce high rental and staffing costs while using the facility as a takeout and delivery hub for your business.

Participants in the Food Business Incubation Program can easily book kitchen usage online.

Once your registration for the NVC Kitchen is complete, you can easily make a reservation for the kitchen through the online booking system.
