The author, Yasuoka Masahiro was around as a dominant philosopher and intellectual beacon for the Japanese future during the Japan’s transition into modern era. He was known as a counselor of the successive of prime ministers of Japan. He had had a major impact on the political world , financial circles, and the official world in those days.
