At Davis Wright Tremaine on Friday, January 30th, the JASSW Board of Directors met for their regular quarterly board meeting.  Review and approval of minutes of the last meeting, financials, and revisions of the by-laws were reviewed and adopted.  Committee reports from Membership and Fundraising, Japan in the Schools, Programs, and the Business and Personal Relationship committees were presented and reviewed.  There are many programs and events planned for the year.  Seven new corporate members highlighted the Membership report and the Isamu Ozeki, CEO of new member Green Tokyo was introduced and spoke to the Board members in attendance.
